On Dec 4th, 2015 the summary module "Lynch Syndrome and Breast Cancer Risk" (CDR743132) had been published to Gatekeeper. Because of this publishing event the module is now included in the table pub_proc_cg and as a result might be picked up on reports for summaries, i.e. the GovDelivery report.
We will need to manually hotfix-remove this summary in order to have its report removed from that table and "clean" future reports.
For my information:
The summary module showed up in the following GovDelivery report
GovDelivery Changed Docs Report (English) from 2017-08-13 to
2017-08-19
~oseipokuw, let me know if you need any help with this ticket.
Sure. Should I do a hot-fix remove for this module or it has been already?
Since we've modified our SQL queries to exclude any modules from publishing the document will first need to be modified to make it a regular summary. After that update this summary should be hotfix-removed and once that finished you want to restore the module attribute.
Nothing has been done at this point due to the required updates to the document.
I have completed the hot-fix remove and the document has been restored as Module Only.
Great! I can confirm that the document has been removed from the database table pub_proc_cg.
I will recreate the GovDelivery report or at least the query that picked up the module to confirm the module won't be listed in the Modified Summaries section.
I cannot directly recreate the report on PROD but running the SQL query that the report is based of I can see that the module isn't included anymore.
There are two ways how we could test the changes further:
1) Modify the DLM of the summary CDR743132. This date will trigger the
summary to be picked up for the GovDelivery report
2) Perform the same changes, i.e. removal of summary from Gatekeeper on
STAGE.
I chose option 2) and completed a hot-fix remove on STAGE.
I confirmed that the SQL query isn't picking up the Module Summary anymore.
I also checked if another module may still cause the original problem and found one additional summary "slipping through". It is CDR779395 (Genomics of Nonmedulloblastoma Embryonal Tumors). This summary had been published to Gatekeeper on 2016-03-16 and we should perform the same hot-fix remove cleanup to remove the document from the pub_proc_cg table.
I assume we have to do this on PROD and STAGE or only PROD?
If we want to confirm we're doing everything right we would want run the remove request first on STAGE but doing the cleanup on PROD only would be sufficient.
Hot-Fix Remove on STAGE has been completed.
Looks good. Let's go ahead and repeat the steps on PROD.
Hot-Fix Remove is completed on PROD.
Looks good, the summary module has been removed from the
pub_proc_cg table.
This was the last "module" document that had been published by
accident.
Since ~oseipokuw removed all summary modules that were published to gatekeeper by mistake I'm closing this ticket.
