The two GovDelivery reports titled
"GovDelivery New/Changed English Summaries Report (2017-09-03 to
2017-09-10)"
and
"GovDelivery New/Changed Spanish Summaries Report (2017-09-03 to
2017-09-10)"
were created as scheduled on Sunday, at 1am. However, the reports did
not get send out by email.
We need to look into the reason why the emails weren't send.
I believe the problem was caused by the fact that the software could not find the notification templates, which resulted in the notification job failing to complete. The templates have been installed, so I'm hoping that will fix the problem. Marking the ticket as resolved, but leaving it open until next week, when the job runs again.
Once the templates had been installed the reports ran without issue.
