When failing a Publishing or Batch job - this would almost always
only needed to be done on a lower tier - one has to select which of the
two jobs one would like to fail after entering the job-ID.
Since 95% of the times the job to be failed is a "Publishing Job" I'd
like to set this as the default option.
The changes have been implemented and put on DEV:
