We are currently unable to import citations. This is related to the python upgrade that happened on Monday, December 5.
Fixed on DEV and QA. I have folded the fix into the patch to be rolled out to STAGE and PROD in the next few days for the CDR scheduler. The JIRA ticket for applying the patch to STAGE is https://tracker.nci.nih.gov/browse/WEBTEAM-9617. When that has completed and been successfully tested, I will create the ticket for applying the patch to PROD.
Stage deployment was successful this morning. I have created https://tracker.nci.nih.gov/browse/WEBTEAM-9628 for the patch on production.

I don't know. Bryan stepped in to make sure they didn't run it right before the weekly publishing job, but I would have thought they'd have done it by now. If they haven't done it by this afternoon, I'll nudge them.
