When the scheduler's python process is terminated, jobs which were running at the time remain marked as "Running."
Change the status to "Failed."
I converted this sub-task to an issue (improvement) in order to move it out of the sprint into the backlog.
Implemented on DEV. Will deploy as part of the Einstein release.
