We need a new report for tracking the processing of Images in the CDR. There is an existing media tracking report, but it is a general purpose one that does not meet our needs in terms of tracking images. I am attaching a requirements document and also a sample spreadsheet of the requested report.
I have attached a new requirements document and a sample spreadsheet
and deleted the old files.
As far as the interface is concerned we are only adding another option,
the Processing Status field, in addition to requesting an HTML version
of the report and with regards to the actual report, the columns are
similar to the old ones with a couple of changes and additions.
Specifically, we are keeping the Diagnosis, Published, Last Version
Publishable columns in addition to the, Comments, CDR ID columns and
adding the Proposed Glossary Terms and Proposed Summaries columns. The
Title column and the Processing status columns would need to be
modified.
So, if we decide to keep the existing report and modify it to meet our
current needs then we need to
1. Add the Processing status menu item to the interface and potentially
change the selection criteria
2. Add an option to generate the report in HTML format
3. Add new columns
4. Modify selection criteria to display only the selected processing
status
5. Modify the selection criteria to display the Media Title instead of
the Source File title
6. Modify the selection criteria to exclude mp3 files from the
report
etc etc.
Considering all the above changes, I think it may be better to build a
new report and get rid of the existing report.
Ready for user review on DEV.
Please remove the following processing statuses from the interface since we have a separate report for Audios:
• Audio approved
• Audio pending
• Audio re-recording approved
• Audio re-recording pending
• Audio rejected
• Audio revision pending
1. Could you please link the CDR IDs to the QC report of the Media
doc ?
2. For the Diagnosis column in the display (output), I noticed if
there’s more than 1 diagnosis listed, the diagnoses run together (i.e.,
there’s no space between them). Please add spaces or semicolons to
separate them.
All requested changed implemented on DEV. Please test.
