Please create new CDR summary documents using XML files obtained from the WorldServer app. I have attached the files to this ticket.
Bumped up the priority on this issue.
The VPN has been giving me grief in my attempts to get to the prod bastion host, where my tools for doing this are, but even when I solve that problem, I don't see the files you say you attached to this ticket.
I've resolved the VPN problems, but still don't see the files. I'll be working late tonight, so if you get them posted to the ticket some time in the next few hours, I'll make sure they get onto the server before I'm done for the day.
I have attached the files now. Sorry about that. I'm not sure what happened the first time around but I did drag and drop them just as I did this second time.
