While testing OCECDR-3828 it was noticed that summary fragment refs were not displaying in blue font in the Redline/Strikeout QC report. Could you please investigate and fix if necessary?
The following filter has been updated on DEV:
R13476: CDR380957.xml (Module: STYLE RS Insertion Deletion)
A sample of the problem/fix can be found in CDR614165 (see table 4, second column).

I'm not putting this on PROD because I had to revert the changes and include the same changes on a different branch in subversion, so it's a good idea to quickly double-check on STAGE before we copy this to PROD.
