Description

The CTRP import/download job appears to be taking too long to finish. Since August 17, the email notification does not get sent out until about 9:40 am. . This causes the reports and documents to be updated late in the day than we'd like them to be updated. Prior to that we received the emails at about 4:00 AM.

It appears that when we asked CBIIT to do a manual run of the job for the launch of the MATCH trial, they changed the nightly schedule to run at 9:06 a.m. instead of 4:00 a.m. I have asked them to fix the problem. When you see the job completing at the right time again, you can go ahead and close this ticket.

We have started receiving this report again at about 4:00 am each morning since Saturday 9/12/15. Thank you!
