A GP mailer failed a couple of days ago because there was no email address. The original CDR document (CDR766815) has a SpecificEmail element, but the email address from that element is dropped by the filtering. The filter set used is "Mailer GeneticsProfessional Set." I have attached the output from that filter set applied on PROD.
The title of the ticket is a little misleading. The email address is not dropped it's just not picked up properly due to a document data entry error. The filter comment for picking up the email address states the following:
The Email always comes from the location block that contains the GPMailer token of the UsedFor attribute.
This assumes that one and only one address block (OtherPracticeLocation) exists with the GPMailer attribute. For the document in question, however, there exist two address blocks with the GPMailer attribure.
I am quite certain the email address will be picked up correctly once the GPMailer attribute has been deleted from the second address block (fragment ID="_2").
I identified the problem to be a data entry error.
William:
Please mark the failed mailer as "bounced" and fix the Person document so that only one of the address blocks is marked GPMailer; then you can generate that mailer again and we'll see if it works.
Done! The mailer went out successfully last night.
