There appears to be a bug in the audio review interface on PROD. It seems to affect each of the files in the Week_104.zip batch. When a link is clicked, the following error message is displayed:
An error has occurred
Failed to read mp3 file named 'Week_104/658069_en.mp3':
Exception Type: <type 'exceptions.KeyError'>
Exception msg: "There is no item named u'Week_104/658069_en.mp3' in the archive
I can see that there exists a file CDR58069_en.mp3 in the ZIP file but not a file CDR658069_en.mp3.
Is it possible the document ID is incorrect?
It appears to be a typo. CDR58069 is a citation document whereas CDR658069 is a glossary document. It looks like the #6 has been omitted from the CDR58069_en.mp3 file name.
Does it seem to you that the files were named wrongly? Should I inform Vanessa to rename then and upload a new zip file?
I don't know how something like this can be resolved. Maybe Alan has an idea. My first guess would be that the MP3 file names will have to be corrected and the ZIP file uploaded with the correct content.
Oh, I didn't see your last comment.
Yes, if the spreadsheet lists the CDR-ID 658069 but the file name in the
ZIP archive is 58069 then this would need to be corrected by correcting
the file names and creating a new audio file.
Okay, we'll inform her to make the necessary corrections. Thank you!
It has been a long time since I looked at this stuff, but it seems to me that we had similar problems when we first started the audio reviews and there were ways to fix them. Unfortunately, some of the things I did then involved directly changing the review status in the database - something that is now forbidden by CBIIT. However, if push comes to shove, I'm sure we can work around the problem somehow.
Let me know if you need me to look at anything.
Finally!
Vanessa had corrected the error in the *.zip Audio file and uploaded a
new version of the file. Unfortunately, she named the file
Week_104a.zip, so the agreed upon file name convention
(Week_NNN.zip) was not followed and the audio review program
was therefore unable to pick up this file to be reviewed.
As I am supposed to have read/write access to the FTP server where this
file has been stored I attempted to rename the file but it turned out I
didn't have write permissions. I requested CBIIT to correct my
permissions for the FTP server and the request had been completed after
a little more than a week.
I've renamed the file on the FTP server and William confirmed he has now access to the audio files.
Verified on Prod.
