There appears to be a security certificate problem with IE on PROD. When you use the "Edit with Microsoft Word" feature for summary reports, you get a security certificate error. I have attached a copy of the error message. You can get to the report by choosing "Yes" when presented with the dialog window. But you need to do this each time you use the feature. Also, selecting the option to install the certificate doesn't fix the problem.
I created the CBIIT ticket WEBTEAM-4809 to report this problem.
Do you still see this error?
I had reported problems with IE last week. Then somebody came by and had
me click the 'Reset to default' button within IE. That fixed my
Javascript errors and now I'm not able to reproduce that certificate
error message anymore.
I attempted to re-test but CDR froze on me just as it's being doing throughout the day.
Would you mind re-testing again so that I can follow-up with the webteam?
It seems to be working correctly now. I didn't get the error message when I tried it several times within the last few minutes.
Thanks, William. It is possible that the last monthly maintenance is to "blame" for the disappearance of the error message. I will go ahead and close the CBIIT ticket.
It appears that we're unable to reproduce the problem at this
time.
Closing issue.
