We got a CTGov import failure email this morning with the following error message. Also, trials we marked to be imported on 10/21/2014 did not show up as downloaded yesterday.
CT.gov import failures encountered; see logs for more information:
Failure merging changes for NCT01547741 into 727332
Job interrupted: ('Cursor.execute: Query: "SELECT COUNT(*)\n FROM query_term\n WHERE path = \'/CTGovProtocol/CTRPInfo/CTRPLocation/CTRPFacility\' +\n \'/PDQOrganization/@cdr:ref\'\n AND doc_id = ?" Params: (729889,)', (u'Query timeout expired',))
FYI:
Last night's import job started OK and is currently still running. I
don't think there is anything we can do regarding this error except for
monitoring the progress of the job.
The program appears to have been working correctly since this issue was reported and we have received all the outstanding trials that were marked for import. So, I guess we can close this issue.
