Please create a new cdr summary document for one WS document in the
following folder:
C:\WORLD_SERVER_REQUESTS\Request_OCECDR-3816
I suggest that it would be better to avoid the JIRA "clone" feature for these requests. For one thing, it sends out a bunch of email messages for the same request when normal creation of a new ticket would just result in a single message. That's just an annoyance, but there's a worse problem: when I got the first message I almost created another CDR document for the previous request, not realizing you were about to change the location of the translated XML file. Maybe better to just bring up the old ticket, copy the text for the request, create a new ticket, paste in the text, edit it to match the new request, and submit.
Done.

Sure. I will create new tickets from now on. Thanks.
