Bonnie just ran an Advisory Board Mailer (JobID 11462) for the Adult Tx Board (several members) and received an almost immediate email message in her inbox saying that the job had completed. This is much quicker than usual.
When she proceeded to run the job using her command window, she received an error message (attached).
She then tried to initiate another mailer job in the CDR, but she received a message saying that Job 11462 was still being processed.
Would it be possible to stop job 11462 in its tracks, wherever it may be?
I think she should be able to create a new job now.
Bonnie is able to run Advisory Board mailers again.
