Since we added "Unknown" as one of the statuses for InScope trials, trials with this new status are displayed in the "Document Candidates to be removed from Cancer.gov" weekly report. Please add the new status to the list of statuses to be excluded from this report to prevent them from displaying in the report.
Was it really legitimate to categorize this as a bug report? Had we been given prior instructions to exclude this status from the report? If so, could you provide a link to those instructions?
I agree, this should have been marked as a feature request.
I've added the 'Unknown' status to the list of status values for InScopeProtocols to ignore for this report:
R12152: CheckHotfixRemove.py
I've tested it on DEV but there are no protocols with an 'Unknown' status available so I went ahead and copied the change to QA.
How should this be tested in QA? Will you generate a report in QA?
I had installed the report on QA and ran it last Wednesday twice, once before the changes were installed and once after. Both times an email was created and send to you. You must not have noticed those emails. Let me know if you want me to run that report again.
Yes please run the report again.
I reran the report on QA. You should have received an email with the output.
Yes. I just got it. It looks good. There was only one trial on it and it is one that is being Withdrawn.
Verified on QA.
Volker will talk to Erika to discuss how to get things like this deployed between releases.
The job ran successfully on PROD over the weekend and we received a
much smaller and manageable list as output.
Closing ticket.
