We are receiving the following error message when attempting to run the Documents with Linked Media Docs report:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
This appears to be an issue with the GlossaryTerm part of the report that we are also experiencing on Franck (we receive a timeout error on Franck). We are able to run the summaries-only version of the report on both Franck and the Bastion host, so we will need to look into the glossary side of the report post-migration.
I don't think this is related to the migration since we ran into the same error on Franck with the glossary part of the report. We'll need to look into this in the CDR team.
Looks like this is an existing problem (prior to migration).
Assigning to Bob Kline by default.
Re-assigned in status meeting.
I've got this working on DEV. I replaced the query for links from glossary terms (which was taking between six and seven minutes) with a new version which takes about three seconds. Also did a massive cleanup of some obsolete code.
Ready for user testing on DEV.
Verified on DEV.
Verified in production.
