We're unable to review audios from the following file that we
recently downloaded:
Week_094_Rev2.zip
We you click on the file in the "Audio Review Glossary Term" report, you get the following message:
"Expecting English or Spanish for CDR ID=747093. Got :"
The message appears to be data entry error but Vanessa has checked and confirmed that everything is well on her end.

The problem is that there are two data rows in the spreadsheet.
Row 1 has the labels.
Row 2 has all of the fields for CDR ID 746944.
Row 3 has only the CDR ID 747093, no other fields.
The solution is to either remove the row with 747093 or to fill in all of the fields for it - whichever is appropriate.
I've attached the spreadsheet "Week_094_Rev2.xls" that has the problem.
Vanessa probably knows what she intended and can fix this, but if you need more help on it let me know.

I'll set the status as assigned, but if fixing the spreadsheet fixes the problem, please go ahead and mark it resolved.
Thanks.

Here is a different but related problem. I have attached a copy of the most current file Vanessa uploaded to the FTP server which has only one term on it. However, we're unable to download it. When we attempt to download it we get the following error message:
"Error: Local File Week_094_Rev2.zip already exists!"
According to Vanessa, she has uploaded "Week_094_Rev3.zip" so there shouldn't be a duplicate.
On the other hand, would it be possible for you to upload a copy of the file that has the errors you mentioned in comment #2?

The .xls file with the problem is attached to comment #1. I see that Vanessa has fixed it in the new .xls file that you have attached. I haven't investigated deeply here because I'm working on other problems at the moment, but I seem to recall that the program won't accept a Rev3 zip file if Rev2 has not been fully processed - though that may not be obvious from the error message above.
Here's what I propose to do:
I'll rename the .xls file provided by Vanessa
from: Week_094_Rev3.xls
to: Week_094_Rev2.xls
Then I'll replace the xls file in the Week_094_Rev2.zip file with the new xls (keeping the old name of the xls.)
Then we'll see if it works. I think it should.
Does that sound okay?
If so, make sure no one is in the process of reviewing audio files and let me know. I'll make the swap and tell you when it's ready.

Actually, my previous plan in comment #4 isn't quite right because the new spreadsheet has a reference to a new mp3 file that doesn't exist yet, or at least was not attached to comment #3.
Assuming that the mp3 files haven't changed, I'll just edit the Rev2 xls file to remove the offending line and put it back. I probably should have done that before.
In any case, I need to be sure that no one is doing an audio review before I do that.
Let me know.
Thanks.

Yes it does and no one is reviewing audios at the moment.

Alright, give it a shot. I saw a suspicious CRC error in the zip file but let's see what happens.

It didn't work. I am getting the following error:
Error: Local File Week_094_Rev2.zip already exists!

I guess the cheap shots aren't working for me today.
I'm in the middle of something at the moment, but I'll look at it tonight and try to fix it. I'll post to Bugzilla before I leave tonight.

I looked at this again more closely.
The original spreadsheet actually had two problems. The first data row had a CDR ID that didn't match the mp3 file. Listening to the audio and checking the CDR database showed the mismatch. The second data row had the right CDR ID, but no data.
Fixing it was a bit tricky for me because Vanessa appears to be using macros to insert names as references into the mp3 column's cells. I'm not sure where the macros are or how to use them, so I had to copy out the name of the mp3 file, delete the contents of the cell, and then put the filename back as plain text - which is all the audio review program sees. I also deleted the second row and put the CDR ID that was in the second row back in the first. I then recreated the zip file from scratch to avoid the update CRC error I had seen.
I installed the zip file in the right place and then ran the audio review. It brought up the expected display with no errors.
The Rev2 file will now show up as "Started" (because I started it in order to test.) But I haven't reviewed the mp3, so I think it's ready to go for whoever wants to review it.
I'm marking this as RESOLVED FIXED.

Thank you! Amy was able to review and approve the term.
