We would like to add a new About This PDQ Summary section for patient summaries. As with the HP About This PDQ Summary section, this will involve assembling many different pieces of information in the vendor filter. A miscellaneous document has been created on Mahler (CDR0000734902), but this is in progress. A related issue (OCECDR-3591) has been created to programmatically add PurposeText to each of the patient summaries. This will need to be completed before we can proceed with creating the new section.

I wanted to mention that in relation to the misc doc on Mahler (CDR0000734902) I have created OCECDR-3589 to add a new value to the MiscellanousDocumentType element's list of values. If this won't be necessary for the vendor filter changes, please let me know so that I can close the issue.

Revising priority after the discussion in today's CDR meeting.
We will need to recreate the misc doc that had been created on MAHLER as that document never made it to the CBIIT environment.
Here are the documents on DEV:
CDR0000747682
CDR0000747683
In both cases, we left the Misc. Doc type element empty because we weren't sure which one to use.
Here are the IDs of the Misc. docs on the Production server:
751603
751604
Where are we going to position this section? The HP version of the About This section has been placed right after the 'Changes to This Summary' section. Do we position the patient version also after the Changes section?
Yes, we will position it right after the Changes to This Summary section. By the way, in taking a look at the patient summary sections, I wanted to remind you that when this section goes up, we want to take down the About PDQ section that is included in the patient summaries.
Oh, I didn't know (or forgot) that the 'About PDQ' will be dropped.
So, we will have the following sections for patients in this order
Summary Sections

Just wanted to note that the PurposeText element will have to be populated for this section to display as a replacement text. I can see that this has already been done in PROD but it's missing in DEV and QA. We may want to request a database refresh on QA before reviewing the changes.
Yes, those are the correct sections and the correct order.
The changes are ready to preview on DEV with the filter
R11958: CDR000157 (Vendor Filter: Summary)
Please note:
Publish preview is currently not working on DEV or QA but Blair is
working on it.
Issue needs to be QC'ed and then we're running diff reports on QA (after the CDR database has been refreshed).
Volker, how should we be QC'ing this?
I've been trying to be able and login to the QA server since Monday.
Once we're able to logon to QA we should be able to run publish preview
reports to QC.
I'll keep you posted.
I have run a diff report but I think the amount of changes (a new and
a deleted section for the summaries) is too large to actually look at
the diff. We will have to spot-check individual documents using
PublishPreview.
I've looked at a few documents and the changes look good (but I'm not
the export in summaries).
I've verified this for each of the Boards with patient summaries on QA. Looks great! I made some changes to the miscellaneous document on QA, so the same changes will need to be made on production (I will do that now). Thank you!
Verified for a few summaries in production and on Cancer.gov!
I'll wait for the big publishing job to run this weekend and for all users to QC their own summaries before I close this issue, but we're almost there...
The big publishing run finished last week. I'm wondering if it's OK to close this issue now.
This looks good to me on production and I have not heard of any problems. I will close the issue.
