+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of OCECDR-3422 +++
A small bug has been identified with Diana's personalized Word Macro. The TOC should be deleted from her converted copy in Word but only the lower halve of the TOC gets deleted.

Diana, could you give me a sample summary that still shows the problem of only removing half of the TOC when you apply the Word macro?

V-man,
The summary that first showed this problem is a *TEMP summary in the CDR. When I ran the macro on the published version of the summary, it worked fine. I tried this on one other summary as well.
So perhaps the macro doesn't work on a summary that's never been pubbed? Or there's something about the TEMP summaries.
My examples are:
Colon Cancer Treatment HP TEMP
CDR0000685276
Conon Cancer Treatment HP CDR0000062687
Bladder Cancer Treatment HP TEMP
CDR0000689435
Bladder Cancer HP CDR0000062908

This means the problem does not show up for every summary, right?
I will copy your Colon Treatment HP summary to MAHLER so that I have a sample to work with.
By the way, the macro is completely uncoupled from the CDR so the problem has nothing to do with the publishing status. It must be something else that's special to this summary.

I created the new *TEMP* summary on
MAHLER, modified the macro and ran it on my system.
It appears that my macro (named RemoveTOCList) was only capable of
deleting one page worth of TOC entries. I've modified the way how the
TOC is selected to be deleted by moving one line below the beginning of
the document. This should work in all cases now.
Please test it with your summary on BACH.
There is one caveat related to our approach of having a shared marco
template on the network that I ran into:
The Word Macro template *.dotm file can only be updated when nobody else
is using Word at the moment. I had to wait until 6:30pm in order to save
the changes. It's a small price to pay considering the alternative to
walk around to each user's computer to upgrade the individual macro.

I checked this and it's fine.

The Word macro file has been versioned:
CDR_Macros.dotm - R10375
Since Diana confirmed that this is working properly I'm closing the issue.
