We need to modify the liaison office report "NCI Liaison Office Trial Contacts for Abstract Review" to include closed trials for transfer purposes.

The report can be found here:

CIAT/OCCM Staff > Reports > Protocols > 6.NCI Liaison Office Trial Contacts for Abstract Review

I see that this report has 3 worksheets, one listing all protocols, one listing only EORTC protocols and one listing only FNCLCC protocols.
Do we want to add these same three worksheets or just a single additional worksheet listing the closed trials?

It seems we decided to leave this report alone and rather use the "Protocol Transfer of Ownership Responses by Org/Status" report. I created OCECDR-3432 to identify all the European organizations that are either lead orgs or secondary lead orgs on protocols so that we can run the report individually for them.

Where was I when this was decided?
I remember from the status meeting that we said we would create an additional Excel worksheet for closed protocols and then - because this report only identifies newer protocols with the source of 'NCI Liaison Office-Brussels' - would try to add to this using a different approach.

Did I misunderstand this? If that's the case maybe this bug should be closed.

I remember this part of the discussion also. The problem is that it would be difficult to determine the trials that do not have the liaison office as a source. A much simpler way is to run the existing transfer report by the lead organization. If we are able to get an accurate list of European organizations, getting all their trials using the existing transfer report would be much simpler and that is what OCECDR-3432 is supposed to do. The limitation posed by this solution is that we can’t get one report for all European organizations in case the liaison office prefers such a report to having individual institution reports.
