There seems to be a problem with the Summary Schema on Bach. Nearly all the summaries I opened would not validate. They all come up with the Rules checking cannot be turned on error. And the element identified is the PDQBoard element contained in the SummaryMetaData. Others come up with
“No match found in content model for type SummaryMetaData with child
elements of SummaryMetaData element (SummaryType, SummaryAudience,
Summary Language, Summary Description, Summary URL, PDQ Board, PDQ
Board, Main Topics, Purpose Text); stopped at element Summary Type
(error)“

It appears the most recent update to the schema is OCECDR-3332 but I am not sure if this is the cause of it. I started seeing the error while trying to test that enhancement.

I promoted the schemas for #5025, and that picked up the new element from issue #5089. I set that element as optional for now on Bach. See if that clears up the problem.
