Changes have been implemented on Verdi, and can be reviewed with the following sample test mailer:

You might want to consider temporarily modifying the language in the mailer's email message to say "We contact you periodically to update your listing ..." instead of "We contact you annually to update your listing ..." since it's been much more than a year for many of the mailers about to be sent.

As for "changes to make sure the list of syndromes is up to date" those have to be made in the CDR documents: the mailer software grabs the current values from Bach and packs them off with the mailer when it's generated so that it has what matches what's in the repository when the mailer is created.

Thanks Bob. The mailer looks good except that I forgot to let you know that we have to edit the OMB information to add the OMB number and the Expiry Date. The OMB No. is 0925-0639. This goes above the box, and in the text in the box where it says ATTN: PRA (0925-xxxx). The Expiry Date is 08/31/2014.

In terms of making changes to the data, I see now that what William was requesting for the Application form is already correct on the mailer since it comes from the data so I don't think we need t make any additional changes.

I have plugged in the new values. Should I use slashes for the expiration date (as in the previous comment) or hyphens (as in the original template)?

I have installed the changes to the mailer on the production server, and have re-instated the scheduled job to load queued GP emailer jobs a little after 10 pm each night (it had not been installed when Schubert was rebuilt earlier this year, since GP mailers were not being used at that time). The mailers should be ready to go, but you may want to temporarily modify a GP Person document to use your own email address and test creating a mailer specifically for that GP.
