Could you make the following changes to the Transferred Protocols Report, specifically to the Trials Not Yet Transferred sheet.
1. Make the PrimaryID a link to the record on Cancer.gov; Make the NCTID, a link to record on ClinicalTrials.gov
2. Add a column for FDA Regulated Yes/No before GrantNo
3. Add a column for Section 801 Yes/No after FDA regulated
4. Add a column for FDA IND number after Section 801.
5 .Add a column for Phase after FDA IND Number. When there are multiple phase values,separate with semi-colon.
Let me know if you have any questions. If at all possible, we would like to take the modified report to a meeting on Tuesday at 9 am.

I'll try to get this done in time but since we're rolling out the new Cancer.gov 6.2 on Sunday/Monday I might not have it ready by COB Monday if the roll-out doesn't go smoothly.

Am I correct that there doesn't exist any FDA information for CTGovProtocols?
If I understand the request correctly you would like to add the
fields
FDA Regulated, Section 801, FDA IND, and Phase
to the not-transferred worksheet and add the field
Phase
to the transferred worksheet.
For both worksheet you'd like the protocol IDs to be links to either
Cancer.gov or ClinicalTrials.gov.
Is this correct or do you only want the not-transferred worksheet modified?

Since I didn't get an answer to my question I made one up myself. :-)
I've modified the report to make the Primary ID and the NCT-ID on both worksheets a link and I've added the FDI Info (Regulated, Section 801, IND #) and Phase to the "Not Transferred" worksheet.
Since we're already separating multiple grant numbers with a comma I'm doing the same for the phase values (instead of using an semi-colon).
The report is currently on MAHLER and is limited to select only 200 records each in order to finish fairly quickly (in about a minute).

I tried reviewing the report. It runs quickly, but the link will not open the file. Volker, if you can get it to open and attach here, I'll take a look.
