Sharon experienced a Python error when she is trying to run the board
roster report for the Ped board.
The error message refers to a UnicodeDecodeError that needs to get
fixed.

Sharon did the unthinkable and instead of typing she pasted text when she entered/updated the information for Carlos Rodriguez-Galindo. His organization is "Children’s Hospital Boston" but the apostrophe in this name is not an ASCII character, so the conversion to a string failed and caused the error message.
I have fixed this problem. This fix has changed one line of code and I went ahead and copied the modified report to FRANCK and BACH since the error did not occur on MAHLER.
Sharon, please go ahead and confirm that the report works on BACH.
