According to the mailer logs, an email message reporting that the job had failed was sent to fergusonbc@mail.nih.gov. Did that message not get delivered?

Probably not a good idea to try and print a failed job.

If you look at CDR62921 you'll see an extra <Superscript>...</Superscript> wrapper around one of the citations:

<Superscript><Superscript>a</Superscript>Pharynx. In: American Joint Committee on Cancer: AJCC Cancer Staging Manual. 7th ed. New York, NY: Springer, 2010, p 45.</Superscript>

I bet that's not what the user intended to do, and I'm reasonably confident that if you fix that problem the mailer will be processed successfully.

There seems to be data problems with the summary referenced in the error message. The problem with the print job was resolved when the summary was excluded. I am marking this issue as resolved.

That is right. We will fix this problem. I am closing this issue.
