The publishing job failed when the licensee data should have been copied to the FTP server. The error message reported a 'permission denied' error.
I was able to manually copy the data but will need to find out what's causing this error message when the process is run via the FTP script.

This turned out to be a system error.
John restarted the Xinetd service on the FTP server which resolved the problem.

Publishing finished last night without the FTP failure and a licensee, who contacted us regarding the same FTP problems we experienced, confirmed that he was able to download the XML data again.
