The board member Paul Bunn is missing from the output when running the SummaryMailer Report.

Adding dependency.
It turns out that the person 'Paul Bunn' has two PDQBoardMember records, an active one and a blocked one. The blocked record had been entered at some time in error, however, the queries selecting the board member information didn't take into account that a BoardMember record could be listed multiple times.
I've modified the program
SummaryMailerReport.py
to limit the selection to only include active documents (not blocked)
which should work until the invalid record is being deleted as is
suggested for OCECDR-3113.
This is ready for review on MAHLER and FRANCK.

Verified on Franck. It is picking up both documents. Would it be possible to rather exclude a blocked document from the report instead of picking up both the blocked one and the active one?

How do you identify that the report is picking up both records?
I was running the 'Summary Mailer Report' but I don't see any record that would identify one of the records to come from the blocked document.

You're right. I assumed that since it had two rows, one of them was coming from the blocked record and the other one was coming from the active record. Sorry about that...
Please promote to Bach.
