**This is for discussions on Thursday. We talked briefly about this report when
We made changes to the Protocol Processing Details (PPD) block of the
CTGov document**
We will need a new CTGov Protocol Processing Status Report that takes
advantage of the new enhancements that we have added to the PPD block. I
am attaching the specifications for this report and also a mock-up of
the report.

Here is a summary of our discussion yesterday:
Compared to the existing report, the new processing status report
will have the following new columns added:
1. Processing Start Date
2. Processing End Date
3. Overall Status
4. Comment
The following columns need to be modified:
1. The column name 'AdminProcessingStatus' on the old report should now
read 'Processing Status'.
2. The 'Phase' Column will now list all the phases of a protocol in case
there are multiple phases.
The report will also mark transferred trials in red font. We discussed that it will use the presence of the transfer block to identify transferred trials. We also discussed that the most current PPD block is usually the one on top of all existing ones in the case of multiple PPD blocks. We have also added the counts section of the report where various categories are counted.

For transfer (converted) trials, the 'Date Created' column shows the date the InScope protocol was created. We will like to see the date the InScope protocol was converted instead. Will that be possible ?
