Links in Protocol Patient QC report to glossary terms are not retrieving or displaying the target QC report. This was first reported as part of OCECDR-3122.

This was a simple fix.
I had forgotten to remove a "print" (a.k.a. bail) statement from the
code that was used to test the previous implementation.
I removed this statement and now the Glossary Term report displays
properly again.
Since this was a very minor change that has no impact on the data or
publishing I went ahead and copied the file to FRANCK and BACH:
Filter.py - R9575
Please verify on BACH and close this bug.
