Cynthia report the following problem this morning. I am attaching the email communication between Alan and Cynthia to this issue.

I have been kicked out of the CMS Import Utility 3 times already this
morning. Below are the error message that came up. I can log back in but
after about 15-20 minutes I get kicked out again.
I will attach the error messages shortly.

Cynthia reported that she had some networking problems with
other Internet sites not too long after seeing the problems
with the import utility. We've decided to hold off researching
this further to see if the problem goes away as a result of
unrelated changes at her ISP.

It looks like I can close this one? Cynthia just told me that she does
not experience the networking issues any longer.

Yes. If Cynthia has run all this time without a recurrence
then it looks like the problem is resolved.
