4.We need another ad hoc query to give us a count of all transferred trials that have been made >publishable (after the transfer) within a certain date range.

From Lakshmi:

>Not sure I understand what this report – is this count of Inscope or CTGOV – I am confused by the “made ?>publishable” comment.

From William:

I meant CTGov trials. When the trials are converted, a non-publishable version of the CTGov document is created. When we have finished reviewing it and added the transfer date, we make it (CTGov trial) publishable. It is the count of these trials that we want. I mentioned publishable because I assumed it is the only way we can know that that we have finished processing the converted trial.

I'm not exactly sure what date range you are looking for:
Is this a date range for

  • the CTGovOwnershipTransferDate

  • the date the document has been made publishable

  • the date the document has been published

  • other?

The date the document was made publishable. This report is to give us an idea of how many trials have been fully processed. So we want to be able to tell that between 12/01/09 to 12/15/09 we have made a certain number of trials publishable.

In other words, you want to know when a former InScopeProtocol has been saved as a publishable version of a CTGovProtocol for the first time.
Is that correct?

I've created the requested ad-hoc query under the name
Transferred Protocols with Date made first publishable

This is ready for review on BACH.
