We want to be able to track transferred protocols that have not been reviewed because we have not received a transfer date from NLM or somehow we have not been able to work on them. This will be helpful in managing workflow. We will need an ad hoc query to identify InScopeProtocol documents that have been converted into CTGov documents but do not have a transfer date.

The query has been saved on BACH under the name
Transfer Protocols without TransferDate
This is ready for review on BACH.

It appears this report is only picking up InScope trials and not CTGov trials.

I didn't think it was possible to transfer a protocol without the transfer date.
Could you please give me an example?

Here is one example - CDR0000630617
The real transfer happens in the PRS. Generally, what we do in the CDR is to prepare the protocols to be transferred and we actually enter the transfer date manually, after the trials have been transferred in the PRS, and we have been notified of the date the transfer took place.

I'm having a problem to consider a report 'ad-hoc' that is supposed
to pick up both, the InScope and CTGov trials along with the information
as specified in comment #2. I have therefore split the request into a
report for InScopeProtocols only and CTGovProtocols.
The report for InScopeProtocols has been updated as requested.

For the CTGov version of this report what would you expect to see for the LeadOrgName?

I've placed the 'CTGov' version of the report in the ad-hoc query
interface with the name
Transfer Protocols without TransferDate (CTGov)
Please verify on BACH.
