We need the XMetal macro to be modified so that it picks up the Fragment ID's for the ResponsibleParty/ResponsibleOrganization/Organization element.

If I remember correctly, we said we were going to cancel or postpone the work on this request, given the low frequency of organizations as responsible parties and the availability of another technique to copy and paste the link fragment. Does this match what others remember?

Yes. We are just entering the Responsible Party element in the CDR and so far, the frequency of Responsible Organizations to Responsible Persons has been lower and we can copy and paste the fragment link as an alternative.
I would like to lower the priority on this issue for now. If the
frequency of Organizations changes in the near future, we may want to
change the priority.
If not, we can close it later.

I would suggest to just close this P10 task. It didn't seem to be a need for CIAT in over two years.

Actually, since the previous question was addressed to William I should probably first add William to this issue.
As discussed at the weekly status meeting this issue won't be addressed in the foreseeable future.
