We need a new Emailer - Letter of Receipt, to be sent to Lead Org personnel to inform them of our receipt of the trial, date of receipt, PDQ ID and to request missing information.

Per our 7/9 conference call, we decided to do away with the Letter of Receipt Mailer and have opened a new issue for a Missing Information mailer instead.
The issue has been marked with resolution "Won't fix".
