Victoria reported that she didn't have permission to edit the Travel, About, or Help pages in the new EBMS. Bob fixed the problem and wanted the changes captured in the code base.
I now have editing privileges for 2 of the Travel pages (Policies & Procedures and Directions), but not for the other 2 pages (Hotel Request and Reimbursement Request). Can editing options be added to those pages so I can edit the introductory text (instructions and contact info) at the top of the page?

I am able to edit the 2 travel pages and the Users page.
The Help page on PROD is different than the Help page on DEV. On PROD, there are left menus (Login and Home Page) and when I click on them and click the Edit button, there's a message saying I don't have permission to edit them. These left menus are not on DEV so I can't check to see if I have permission to edit there.
Bob and I looked at this together on DEV and I'm able to edit Help pages now.
I have scripted that permission assignment as part of the deployment package, so it won't have to be a manual step I need to remember. 😛
Because the images do not show up in editing mode, would I need a programmer's help to change/add/delete those? I remember that we "switched" a setting (or something) so they were showing when we looked at this together, but I think that introduced other issues. I can't remember if I can change a setting to add images, then change it back, or if that is not an option.
We have more tickets for editing help pages than we actually need. Have your read my latest comment on OCEEBMS-756? For this ticket you might actually want to test on PROD. I haven't quite finalized the help pages for NCI staff, but we should be able to coordinate on whatever you want to try doing.
The short answer to you latest question, on the other hand, is yes, you may want to work with me for images if you want the same dropped shadow effect and are not sure how to do that yourself. Let's do a conference call if you have other questions which would be too cumbersome for back-and-forth in JIRA comments.
On the other hand, if you really want to test on QA, you can do that without my assistance. I just added an image for the login help page on that tier, and you should be able to change/add/delete any image (including broken image links) yourself. But you really should read my last comment in the other ticket. 😉
