Linking items to the agenda page, especially articles, does not work ideally.
When we search (in the URL field pop-up box) for files to link to the agenda, the search seems to look for documents by their EBMS name. For many files, the EBMS name is not obvious, so we'd have to look for the file another way to find the EBMS name before we could search for it to link it. Even if we know the EBMS name, there can be many files with similar names (because of our practice of naming articles with "author last name_journal abbreviation_publication year_PMID." I think we'd prefer the search here to work as it does in PROD if that's possible.
Implemented on https://ebms.rksystems.com. Some things to note:
you can use wildcards (%) in what you type
matches for article full text and documents are in separate groups
each group will have a maximum of 100 matches
the most recently posted documents appear first in the group
archived documents are not matched
the most recently imported articles appear first in the group
Verified on ebms4.
