If you run the Reimbursement Report, and scroll down to the list (no need to filter results), you'll see that each person's honorarium is designated as "declined." I did check PROD (where most of this data is from) and this is not correct, although there are a few people (e.g., Marilyn Hammer on 11/2) who did decline their honorarium.
