From the Import page, if a user submits the import without selecting a file or pmid an expected error is displayed but the topic pick list no longer lists any topics to select forcing user to reset. See screen shot.
The other pick lists on import page are unaffected. I have tested a variety of scenarios, and this seems isolated to the Topic pick list.
Give it a try now.
Problem solved. Topic pick list is now working as expected. Thanks!
