Articles Waiting for Librarian Review count seems to be counting incorrectly. However, this may be a result of the recent filter option addition to the Librarian queue - review cycle. While testing this new filter option, I added a new topic to a citation in the review queue using a different review cycle than assigned to the other topic. When I then filtered the queue by review cycle the citation was retrieved but was count twice. See screenshot attached. When I reset the queue 14 citations were showing in the count but there are actually only 13 in the list. On page one, 1-9 are displayed and on page two, 11-14 are displayed. (note prior to this test there were only 13 citation in the list and 13 was the count displayed)Review Queue Count Error.docx
The article count for the BMs review queues seems to be working correctly and I did not experience any error with the count when I did the same test as above.
That sounds like a very creative bug. 😃 Let me take a look.
Might be a good idea to hold off doing anything with your queue on that server while I track down the problem. The CBIIT server is available for any testing you need to do in the meantime.
All better. Please test on https://ebms.rksystems.com.
Good idea. I'll stay out and I'll tell Jeff
I did the same test with a new topic and did not experience the error with the count or with the number displayed on the results page.Â
Looks good, problem resolved.
Looks good on ebms4 as well. I did the same test and did not experience any count issues.
