Victoria also reported the following error: - I will provide screenshots in the morning.
On the REVIEWED PACKETS page, packets with a new (unviewed) review are not showing the “new” designation.
I think this has been fixed. Please have her check again. Steps to reproduce the problem would have made tracking this down easier.
This is working now. Thanks! (Sorry I didn't think to include steps. Will try to remember next time!)
I take blame for not providing the steps. I had a rather a very long day so my intention was to just enter the tickets, just enough to highlight the problem, and provide at least the screenshots in the morning (as noted above) but I was too late. The concern is well noted and lesson learned 🙂.
