Cynthia reported the attached error message which appeared to have happened at about 4:40 and 4:45 PM today.
"I was submitting a set of review decisions from my queue and got this attached message. After doing a print screen, I hit the back button and resubmitted my decisions and then everything worked fine. So it is a very mysterious error. "
Probably a temporary error message but may be worth investigating.
I have filed ServiceNow ticket NCI-RITM0314148 with CBIIT asking them to examine the logs and report back any failures they find recorded, as well as any unscheduled maintenance which might have been happening during that time frame. I'm not hopeful that we'll learn anything, but we keep asking. 😉
Added ~vshields and ~boggessc as watchers.
We never heard back from CBIIT about why this may have happened. Closing for now.
