Crystal noticed that we're unable to upload .doc files since last night's PHP upgrade. I've pasted some email correspondence below.

Interesting! I just successfully uploaded the two summaries Crystal had sent on DEV, so it appears to be working as expected. I think this can be moved up the tiers. (I’m adding a JIRA ticket now!)
Thank you!
Robin

Thanks. It appears that the new version of PHP returns a different MIME type for word-processing documents using the old Microsoft proprietary format. They are now referred to as application/CDFV2 (where "CDFV2" stands for Composite Document File V2). I installed a workaround on DEV. If testing finds no problem with it, I'll push it up the tiers and see if I can get CBIIT to accept a patch.

Hi Bob,
I have attached three of the documents. The 2020 Comprehensive Review schedule worked when it was uploaded without a tag.

Hi, Crystal. Can you attach the original .doc files which failed?
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Robin and Bob,
I tried to upload Ch NHL and Neuroblastoma this morning and received a similar message for both, “Ch Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma HP 12_3_20 for Lit Surv.doc is not of type application/msword.”. I had created both documents this morning before attempting to upload them. I just tried to upload a file that I put in the EBMS yesterday and it rejected it with the message above, however, I was able to upload a .doc file into the pediatric treatment folder without a tag. I hope this information helps.

Thanks for looking into this, Bob! I’ve added Crystal to the email.
Crystal, Bob is investigating the issue you had with uploading a .doc file in the EBMS and he was able to upload a .doc file on a lower tier. Please see his questions below and send along the file you had problems uploading if possible. Have you tried uploading any other .doc files? If not, he thought it could have been an issue with the one file rather than the extension. Thank you!

Subject: .doc files
Hi, Robin. I was able to upload a .doc file and link to it from an agenda on DEV. Some questions:
Can you pass along the .doc file which failed?
Can you provide the steps for reproducing the failure on another tier?
Has another document been tried on PROD?
Thanks!

Ready for testing on QA.
Thanks, Bob. I uploaded the same two files on QA without a problem.
Ticket submitted to have CBIIT deploy the patch to STAGE.
The patch has been deployed to production. Please verify (and close ticket if appropriate).
~vshields - Can you check with Crystal to confirm that this is working again, and if so close this ticket, please? Thanks!
Crystal is off today, but I was able to download them last week after you notified us, so this is fixed. Thanks!
Super, thanks!
