We would like to add a note of the fact that an article is currently on the agenda for a meeting so that a Board member who is reviewing the article in his/her packet is aware of this.

Please add the following information (in blue text) to the bibliographic block for any article contained in the packet whose current state is On Agenda.

On Agenda: Meeting Name - Meeting Date

I will upload an image of how we are doing this on the REVIEWED PACKETS page. The difference there though is that we want to see the current state of the article. Here we are only interested in seeing this (or having our Board members see this really) if the current state is On Agenda.
