1. Did not see the option "Expand the list of Board members and check
Test Board Member" on Full Citation page.
Detail: One of the test steps towards the end was "Expand the list of
Board members and check Test Board Member". I was supposed to execute
this when I was logged in as Test Board Manager. I did not see this
option. But could save and see all expected results.
2. Was getting an error "Job Status= Failure.........Internal Server
Error" (Screen-shot is attached) when I was clicking Submit button after
uploading a text file.
Details: I logged in as a Test Librarian again and wanted to execute
test cases all over again (as I thought issue#1 was caused due to some
step missing and also I wanted to create a Packet with different name
that I created as a Test Board Manager ) on EBMS Stage, I was getting
the following error on clicking the Submit button after attaching file
(Manage Citations->Import Citations-> Choose File->Submit).
Please create one ticket per issue.
I am unable to reproduce either of these problems. See attached screen shots showing the picklist for board members from which I was able to select Test Board Member. The second problems was probably a temporary server failure at NLM. We encounter those from time to time, but they are beyond our control, and the only thing we can do when they happen is wait and try again. Fortunately, the occurrences are infrequent.
