I'm running into a problem on STAGE with the pages that have some fancy reloading of the content based on my selections. For example, the Upload document page is not displaying the summary topics after I select summary and the Create packet page is not refreshing with my selections of Boards and topics.
CBIIT had re-started the STAGE EBMS server without turning back on the `memcache` service. When that omission was corrected, the users reported that the problem was fixed.
Can this be closed?
I'm going to go ahead and close this.
