Please refer to attached screenshot.
Added two assignments to the reimbursement requests form to work around 'Undefined index' notices introduced by the upgrade of the webform module from 7.x-4.17 to 7.x-4.18. The release notes (https://www.drupal.org/project/webform/releases/7.x-4.18) don't provide any information about this breakage or how to avoid it. I'm adding these two lines based on the patch used to fix the bug reported in https://www.drupal.org/project/webform_matrix_component/issues/2508009 (the only ticket a Google search found for the symptoms we're getting, reporting a problem in another module using the webform module). There is no documentation for the call to webform_expand_date(), which is the function which is generating the error notices. This is another case of fixing a problem blindfolded, and is one of the many reasons Drupal 7 development is so unpleasant.
Does this need to remain open?
Didn't hear back from anyone, so I'm closing this ticket. Re-open it if that's not right.
