TIR #2517 entered 2013-05-30 by Robin Juthe
Documents that have been archived/deleted should not appear on the list of available summary documents to be included in a packet.
Fixed on DEV; ready for user review.
This is working for deleted documents (i.e., they are not showing up on the Create Packet page), but it doesn't seem to be working for archived documents. I archived a document from the Summaries page, and it still shows up as a choice on the Create Packet page. It is also still listed on the Documents page.
When you click "archive" for a document on a summaries page, you are only suppressing the association of that document with that summaries page. There is no effect of that action on other uses of the document.
I'd like to check with Robin about this one since the initial request specified documents that have been archived/deleted.
This is working as expected for documents that we archive from the documents report page or delete from the manage documents page. We understand archiving on the summaries page has a different meaning (hiding from that page only) so we will need to remind the other Board managers about this when these changes are implemented.
Verified on prod.
