As you suggested in CECDR-5277 Please develop a one-off report to identify all summaries that have markup in the Changes section title. This will be used for the global to skip those summaries so that users can fix them manually.
I had started working on this ticket, and then I noticed that it has
been moved to the Parking Lot sprint. So I'll hold off for now.
While it's parked (hopefully in the shade), be thinking about whether
you really want the global to skip summaries which have revision
markup anywhere in the changes section (and not just in the
Title
element). If you anticipate that users have created
two entire Title
elements, one completely wrapped in
Insertion
and the other in a Deletion
element,
then yes, that is probably what you want.
I moved this by accident. Sorry. The global should skip only markup in the Title element(s). If a user has added multiple Title elements and one or more are in markup, the global should skip those as well.
Report results from CDR DEV attached.
I have reviewed several of them and they all had markup so I think we can proceed with the next steps. Thanks!
Could you please run this report on QA?

Thanks! Please run the report again PROD data.

Note that CDR798289 is an active Summary with an empty XML document.
What is the title of the summary? I am unable to retrieve it with the CDR ID.
Well, since the CDR extracts a document's title from its XML, and there isn't any XML, there isn't any title to extract, right? I think you have three options.
delete the document
have me create some dummy XML programmatically
create a new document in XMetaL and edit its control block by hand, inserting the CDR ID before saving the document in the CDR
Please run the report again. Hopefully for the last time before the global.
Posted this list hours ago, but it looks like JIRA discarded it.
