Description

There seems to be issues with deleting values from the two mapping tables (Glossary Term Phrases and Spanish Glossary Term Phrases). 

We are unable to delete already mapped values from the tables. It is also possible that we are not deleting it in the right way. 

Repro Steps. 

Please do this on the DEV Server

  1. Navigate to the "Update Mapping Table" link from the "CIAT/OCC" main Reports menu.

  2. Search for %abdominal% in the "Value Pattern" field

  3. Leave all other fields blank

  4. Click "Get Values"

  5. Add 45070 to the blank field to map to "abdominal"

  6. Uncheck "Mappable" from the "Flags" field

  7. Delete 45070 from the "Mapped To" field

  8. Check the "Delete" flag

  9. Click  "Save Changes" at the top right corner of the page

An error message is displayed

Also, I noticed that the screenshot

  • was taken on QA, not DEV, as the repro instructions dictate

  • has Usage changed from the default to Glossary Term Phrases

Were those discrepancies intentional or accidental?

Also, the screenshot, issue title, and issue description all reflect failure to delete mappings, but the repro instructions don't include checking the Delete box. Why is that?

It certainly must have been a while. Probably before Pauling.

Yes, I tried on both DEV and QA but took the screenshot on QA. I did several tests scenarios on QA. Adding and deleting terms etc so I thought DEV would be where you will find that particular term that had not already been touched by me.

I missed that. I have updated the repro steps. Yes, the Delete box should be checked as part of the repro steps.
